Introduction :

SEAS , was conceptualized in 2017, with the aim and motive of improving the effectiveness of the educational scenario in the schools. It has been created by Academic experts after analyzing, observing and researching the drastically changing educational scenario.

Our team of Special Educators and Counselors did a survey and spoke to academicians as well as parents and students about the changing educational scenario, and concluded that we are primarily facing four issues :

1. There are various type of learners in the classroom

2. The sensitivity to connect to each other is fading off.

3. The Administrative pressure and burden on teachers and Principals is increasing day and night

4. Mostly both the parents are working, there is low parental involvement.

After a lot of brainstorming and researching on all the above points SEAS was created... The main motive for creating this company is to bring a revolutionary change in the hectic and overloaded life of Teachers, Students and Parents... It's just an effort to help them shed off the overload from the shoulders of our teachers and help them, concentrate more on the overall development of the students, which is going to make them independent learners and thinkers and help them achieve their goals

We strive to create a landmark in the field of education by setting up standards and systems that are really going to change the relation between teachers, students and parents

SeaS Team

Reena Tyagi

Reena, is the brain behind the creation of SEAS. She is a trained and certified Special Educator, Counselor and Guide. She started her career in 1996, as a trainer for training staff for Hand Embroidery in Fabric Industries in Mauritius. She has been involved in teaching as a faculty for Fashion Designing at NIFD, Meerut and Training Institute for Travel Trade, Meerut since 1999-2004. The turning point came in her life when she decided to enter school education. She has worked with Kids Campus, Kharghar , Navi Mumbai from 2011 - 2016

She is Graduate in Arts stream from Ch. Charan Singh University, Meerut, formerly known as Meerut University. She has done Fashion and Textile Designing, International Airfares and Ticketing . She did her Early Childhood Care and Education,from Navi Mumbai, and courses in Special Education Needs, Counseling and Guidance from S.I.E.S, Sion, Mumbai in collaboration with Drishti, Andheri (W) Mumbai. She completed her Certificate in Understanding ADHD, Specific Learning Disorders and Advanced Guidance from Drishti, Andheri(W), Mumbai. She completed her Certificates in Educational Administration and Management, Pre-school Administration and Management, Teaching English Grammar, English language Teaching, and Teaching English Phonology, from Asian College Of Teachers, Kolkata( U.K. Registered Office, Singapore, Academic Office, Thailand- Asia HQ, Bangalore Branch Office, India HQ - Kolkata), Certificate in Teaching from London College Of Teachers Training.

Reena says that - " Every child is different and unique. Each child is born with a special ability and strength. We as elders need to have that patience and tolerance to bring that hidden talent out and make them excel in this wonderful world." She strongly believes that a teacher is an eternal learner and can make the future of our nations future torch bearers bright by teaching them in the manner they want to learn.

She is married to a Marine Engineer and has two sons. Reena,firmly and confidently says that whatever she is today is because of her husband and his support, she proudly says that the credit of her being in this noble profession of teaching goes to her Husband and one of her very close friend who herself is today a very successful academician.

Dr. J.K.Singh

Dr. Singh is a Master Trainer for CBSE. He has been in this profession for more than 32 years.Mr Jay Kumar Singh started his career in some of the best institutions like Singhania School, Assam Valley School and Pathways. He spearheaded two institutions by being the founder principal and went on to lead some good institutions. He is a Master Trainer for Life Skills Programme launched by C.B.S.E. and developed practical exercises based on key areas where adolescent students need inputs and counseling. He has also chaired and organized workshops and seminars in various esteemed educational institutions in Delhi and NCR from time to time for teachers and students. He also brought in accolades to his school by achieving the CBSE SPORTS PROMOTION AWARD” 2013-14- due to active promotion of sports in the school in the year 2013-14,”

on the eve of Teacher's Day, 5th September 2014 by the CBSE Chairman Mr Vineet Joshi. His vision has always been to build a school culture and educational program conducive to student learning and development and to create a safe and secure 21st Century E-Techno School that fosters good moral values, integrity, creativity, out of the box thinking and excel in academics and co-scholastic areas. He is CBSE master trainer for Principal & Teachers for CCE in India.

As a teacher he has worked with eminent and prestigious schools like - Pathways World School, Gurgoan ( Haryana) and Assam Valley School, Tezpur (Assam) as HOD Geography and Co-ordinator, and LK Singhania Educational Centre, Gotan, ( Rajasthan), Dewan Public School, Meerut ( Uttar Pradesh) and Electra Vidya Peeth, Meerut ( Present Translam Academy International, Meerut) ( Uttar Pradesh) as PGT Geography

Dr. Singh has been the founder organizer for prestigious conferences like AIEF - All India Edu-Leaders Forum at International, National and Regional Levels and AIEF - All India Edu-Leaders Forum National Student exchange Program. He has penned down a series of 11 books in Social Sciences and G.K for CBSE and CCE Curriculum

He has organized workshops, seminars, sports championship, events, summits and various exhibition. He is a CBSE Master Trainer and has been an observer for workshops and seminars organized by CBSE on Capacity Building for Master Trainers in Class-Room Management at DAV Public School, Balbhadrapur, Kotdwar, (Uttarakhand).

He has conducted more than 90 workshops and seminars on various topics like - Class-Room Management, Gender Sensitivity, Motivation, Multiple Intelligence, Bloom"s Taxonomy and Team Building, Capacity Building Program for Social Sciences, Life Skills, Team Work, Capacity Building Program for Master Trainers in CCE, Mental Health and Adolescent Issues, Inclusive Education In Schools, Anger Management, How to Handle and Deal with Adolescent Stress, Behavior and Trauma, Parenting workshops and Counseling, and a lot more

Dr. Chand Trehan

Dr. Chand Trehan, is the Director for CARE North, (Centre for Counselling, Research and Empowerment), and a Ph.D in Psychology fro Punjabi University, Patiala Punjab. She is also the Director Principal and Child Psychologist for Xavier Public High School, Jammu Since 1996 till date.

She a RCI (Rehabilitation Council Of India) Approved Counselor, and a Master Trainer and an Approved Counselor for CBSE.. She has been the Academic Counselor for MAPC and PGDBFT Programmes (Psychology and Home-Science Department - IGNOU), for the year 2016 till date. Dr. Trehan has been the Capacity Building Officer GFATM R7 - Psychology Department, University Of Jammu from 2009-2015. She is the recipient of "RASHTRIYA GAURAV AWARD" 2012 for her contribution to the society as a Counselor for the year 2011-2012. She is also an approved Counselor for AWES - ( Army Welfare Education Society).

Being a Master Trainer for CBSE, Dr. Trehan has been taking workshops on topics like Adolescent Education Programmes and Life skills and Comprehensive Health Programmes and Gender Sensitivity She is also the CBSE Resource person for "Inclusion Capacity Building Programme on Inclusion and Inclusive Strategies , Gender. Dr. Trehan is also into Community Services. She is there on - CBSE Helpline since 2009 till date. She is helping distressed Women and Families at - Shakti Women Welfare Society, she is a Psychological Counselor for BNN Hospital Jammu till date. She also conducts parental sessions on various topics, preparing for examinations and handling adolescents

She firmly believes that every child is born with tremendous potential and intelligence and feels that the children are not being handled properly by parents and teachers. She believes that if they are groomed properly and handled with love,care and taught values at young age they can achieve the world, or else they are unguided missiles causing destruction to themselves and the society

Mrs. Bindu Sharma

Mrs Bindu Sharma is a dedicated educationist. Children are the prime focus of all her effort in work. She sincerely believes that real education lies way beyond books. She received her school education at premier institutions like Army Public School (Dhaula Kuan), Kendriya Vidyalayas and did her graduation from H.M.V Jalandhar. She did her master’s in Chemistry from D.A.V College Jalandhar in year 1994 and since then she is working in the field of education. She did her B. Ed from K.U after marriage in the year 1996 and is pursuing her M. Ed from Punjab university. She has devoted more than two decades to the field of education. During this time she worked and gained rich experience in reputed institutions (day as well as boarding) of Punjab. She has very efficiently and effectively spearheaded Rayat International School for more than 10 years right from its inception in the year 2004 and has created an institution of excellence and repute. She has worked extensively with the State department of Education, Central Board of secondary Education and other authorities. In her role as a Director Principal, she showed her expertise in curriculum design, technology in education, assessment and evaluation, professional development for teachers, pedagogies based on the theory of Multiple Intelligences, learning styles, physical education in curriculum and school administration related skills. She has also incorporated in her school programs on life skills, mental health, special education, student exchange (Canada) and various co-curricular activities.

Due to diverse and innovative approach as an academic leader Rayat school reached the heights of becoming Microsoft Pathfinder, Mentor and Showcase School along with getting the ISA. Rayat International School was ranked amongst the top ten schools of Punjab during 2013-14. She has attended various workshops and training sessions in India and abroad conducted by CBSE, NCERT, British Council, NIIT, Microsoft etc. Mrs Bindu Sharma was amongst the 13 members of team INDIA who attended Partners in Learning Global Forum (PILGF) that took place in Prague, Czech Republic from 28 November to 01 Dec 2012. The Global Forum - with the theme, “your ideas matter” – brought together more than 500 of the most innovative teachers, school leaders, education leaders, and government officials from 75 countries. She was also a part of team INDIA to attend PILGF at Barcelona in March 2014. With her rich experience, multi-faceted personality and qualities she is sure to lead the school community with vision and dedication. While she has been a passionate and caring teacher, as an administrator she has been firmly result-oriented with a steady vision who belives in building strong TEAM and binds all the stakeholders well to get the desired result

She is a strong believer of “teaching the child and not the subject” which involves experiential learning strategies that foster critical thinking. She has also received various awards for her dedication and work in the field of education

She has been working as principal in APS, Birpur for more than three years. During her tenure, the school has seen tremendous growth in all spheres and has been awarded with “GOC’s Appreciation Excellence Award” by patron of the School on 21 Mar 2017.

Sundari Subramanian

Sundari is a very dedicated and hardworking educationist. She is working as Director -Academics with Shree Mangesh Memorial Education Trust. She is in this profession since past 19 years and has worked with all boards in Maharashtra. Be it CBSE / ICSE / CIE or STATE BOARD, you name it and she has the expertise and experience of the syllabus. She is the resource person for MACMILLAN PUBLICATIONS and a CBSE Master Trainer in Classroom Management, Life Skills and Gender Sensitivity

She possesses talent to foster an engaging and thriving learning environment, and encompasses sound knowledge of the importance of innovative, creativity and flexibility. She has learned may techniques that allows her to bring excitement, enthusiasm and creativity and flexibility.

She has done her Masters in B.Ed, Early Childhood Care and Education and M.A (Economics), M.A (Education), Master's in International School Leadership. She is a certified Career Counselor.

She believes in A Transparent Education System. She says - " A transparent education system fosters the development in its students those disciplined habits of mind, body and spirit that characterizes educated, skilled, and free human beings. The aim is to create a sense of human solidarity and concern for the common good. Our Priority should be passion as an agent of knowledge".

Dr. Nandkishore Chandan

Dr. Nandkishore Chandan, possesses a Ph.D degree in Chemistry from Oxford University, England, UK. He is a very enthusiastic, sincere, and dedicated teacher. He works as an Associate Professor, Vice-Principal and HOD of Chemistry at Siddharth College, Fort Mumbai and Mumbai University, Mumbai. He is a research guide to Mumbai University, Mumbai , JJTU University, Rajasthan. And guide to M.Sc by Research and Ph. D Research Guide to Mumbai University, Mumbai. He is a subject expert to Various Universities.

He was selected on merit in BSc and MSc and awarded with Junior research scholarships at NCL Pune, He was also awarded the National Overseas Scholarships sponsored by Ministry Of Social Justice and Empowerment Govt. Of Indian for studies at Oxford University UK. He has been awarded with Mahatma Phule Ideal teacher Award by MUPTA organisation Mumbai.

Dr. Chandan believes that education is a never ending process. It waste deep sea of knowledge where as much as you swim, you will never get tired. Instead you will only experience the vivid fields and shades of knowledge

He possesses various degrees that are additional feathers to his cap. He did his M.Sc, AMRSC,( NET-JRF-CSIR,SET, GATE AND NET-ARS-ICAR, NOS) He is also a honorable member of the Indian Science Congress Association, Kolkata and a member in the Royal Chemical Society, London, UK

Prof. Venu Nandkishore Chandan

Venu is a very intelligent, smart and a caring person. A wonderful teacher. She has the capability of teaching any child any subject. She has developed certain methods which are very rare and interesting. She designs curriculum in a manner that not a single lesson or a single line in the lessons are left untaught.

She has done her Master's in Sociology, has cleared NET and has Registered for Ph. D in Sociology. She believes - " In experiential learning, she strongly in letting the kids enjoy the childhood and not to put burden on their tender shoulders." She believes that studies should be a necessity and not a burden for them, they should enjoy going to school and not refrain themselves. They as future torch bearers should be given the chance and liberty to choose their field of interest.

Prof. Venu feels that methods of teaching should be changed. There should be similar education for the entire country and the educational systems should be more practical then theoretical.

Shalini Rawat

Shalini, is an eminent educator since 1991. She has over 21 years of rich experience in various domains in the field of education. She has an expertise in developing curriculum design, technology based education, training the teachers to develop a strong academic tradition in the institution by applying innovative teaching methods with utmost personal values and integrity. She has prowess in Early Childhood and Primary school setup as an Administrator and Educator in Olive International School, Doha, State of Qatar. She is familiar with the ongoing international standards and changing frontiers of futuristic education

She has done her Bachelor of Science, MA in English, B.Ed and has accomplished Foundation Course on dealing children with special needs. She has worked in the renowned and best awarded day school of Uttarakhand. She is a Life Coach, currently pursuing degree course on Dream-Signs-Symbols Interpretation from University Mikael, Canada. She is actively engaged in ‘PLUS MINUS CODE’ ; a unique programme for school children to help them develop emotional intelligence and right discernment to face challenges & make right choices in life.

Presently she is leading Graphic Era Global School as the Principal and committed to transform tiny tots into responsible and independent global citizens

Madiha Shah Rasool

Madiha is a successful Image Consultant form Image Consultancy Business Institute, New Delhi. Before entering into the magnificent world of Image Consultancy she has been a dedicated and hardworking teacher for more than 15 years.

She started her teaching career with the most eminent and prestigious schools like Sophia Girls School, Meerut and St. Mary's Academy, Meerut as Primary Teacher. She joined Meerut Public Girl's School, Meerut as Middle School Co-ordinator and was the overall in charge for discipline and personality development for both students and teachers She has been associated with MIET - Meerut Institute of Engineering and Technology, Meerut, as HOD - Soft Skills Training (Personality Development).

She is a very effective communicator with convincing abilities. Her skills in time management, prioritizing tasks and meeting targets are very strong. She possesses a dynamic attitude with excellent command over English.

We are proud to introduce ourselves as an intuition that caters to the overall development of children.
